CORPORATE POLO EXPERENCE DAYS
£250p/ person
If you are looking for a corporate
day with a bit more diversity, then spending a day playing
polo is a great way to build confidence and trust in yourself
but also bring your team together for what will be undoubtedly
a thoroughly fun day out.
Our corporate days are tailor-made to suit your requirements,
be it from a motivational corporate day out, to learning
how to play polo, so give us a call and we’ll arrange
a bespoke day for you and your team.
Programme:
09.30 hrs: Arrival and Introduction - meet your polo coaches
and receive a short introduction to polo.
09.45 hrs: The Theory - the rules, technique and all you
need to know to play polo!
10.15 hrs: Hitting Practice - Using short hand mallets
you’ll learn:

In teams you’ll “play” chukkas
on foot to help learn the rule of the game |
10.45 hrs: Wooden Horse - Practice hitting
on a stationary wooden horse using a full sized mallet
before trying it on a real pony!
11.30 hrs: Practice on the Pony - Mount ponies and learn
to ride ‘polo style,’ practice hitting the
ball, perfect your swing and try hooking your team mates.
12.15 hrs: Practice Chukkas – Division of the groups
into teams to play two real 7 and half minute chukkas.
13.30 hrs: Asado – Argentine BBQ under the trees
14.45hrs : Polo Match – watch how the real thing
is done.
No riding or polo experience
is required to take part in this fabulous day. You’ll
be guided by experienced instructors and be mounted on
safe, quiet ponies suitably matched to everyone’s
ability.
